Workspace manager for coding agents. One task, one track: a git worktree per repo, a shared branch, a generated AGENTS.md, and two human gates before anything ships. Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, or any agent that runs shell commands.
I kept joining paid "mabar VIP" sessions on big Mobile Legends streams with no idea where I was in the queue. So I built a live queue: Fast Track and Reguler lanes, an OBS/TikTok Studio overlay, and a viewer page that updates over SSE. A few streamer friends use it now.
A self-healing Google Maps scraper that generates sales-ready Excel leads. Built on Scrapling adaptive selectors that auto-repair when Google changes its HTML, deep-extracts phone numbers, websites, and per-day opening hours and exports formatted Excel files with 1-click WhatsApp links and an interactive HTML map.
Made for fun, to make FIFA games at the office more competitive. ELO leaderboard, winstreaks, head-to-head, and share-ready stat cards, all computed in the browser from one JSON file. Kept light on purpose: no framework, no backend, no build. The hard part was making the ELO feel fair.

Started for a friend who runs a motorcycle workshop and was losing track of parts coming in. It grew into stock tracking with moving-average cost, sales reports, and a loyalty rule like "5 oil changes, the 6th is free" backed by Open Loyalty. A few workshops run on it now.
